We Started Small
Established in 1999 by directors Plunkett Curry and Seamus Cassidy, combining over 40 years’ experience of the mushroom industry, Unimush Ireland Ltd. was founded and built on four core principles: Product Quality, Innovation, Value & Service.
Today we are called U.M.I Foods – a much larger and more diverse business, but that original commitment remains unchanged.
Our focused, proactive approach has helped shape our development. From our network of local producers and suppliers, we’re valued associates – expanding the market and constantly driving up standards.
For our customers we’re collaborators, innovators and trusted partners, providing extensive product capabilities through a safe and controlled supply chain.
With nearly 100 colleagues today and operating in a modern 30k square foot facility, we have grown, but remain very much grounded by our roots.
